Welcoming Baby Luca | Penrith newborn photographer
What a delight it has been to meet the Sheldon family. His lovely mum contacted me a few months ago in the lead up to his birth to secure a session in my Penrith newborn photography studio.
Along with her husband, Brad, and their lovely daughter, Lacey, we created some lovely memories for them to treasure for a lifetime.
From the moment they stepped into the studio, it was obvious how smitten Lacey was with her new brother. She is the perfect doting sister and stole several gentle kisses throughout the session.
Brad is a Rural Fire Service Deputy Chief, so he brought along his helmet and jacket to be incorporated into the shoot. I love it when clients bring in something special of their own with great sentimental value. With a little styling magic, we were able to bring a beautiful scene to life that the family is sure to treasure for a very long time.
Little Luca was so happy throughout his shoot. And why wouldn’t he be? He was all snug in his wrap and even got the chance to snuggle a teddy…
And I couldn’t help myself. When Daddy had to leave the studio to grab a piece of his firefighter’s suit, Mummy and I took the opportunity dress Lucas as a little lamb. And look at the cute result!
Thank you, Emily, Brad, Lacey and Lucas for allowing me to capture this beautiful time in your lives. It makes me so proud to create this memories and especially to capture your first portrait as a family.
